Two of the award series in Prestige's record are judged at international level. The FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence is run by the International Real Estate Federation and is one of the most respected awards in global real estate; Prestige Augusta Golf Village won World Silver in the Residential Low Rise category in 2021. The Asia Pacific Property Awards have recognised Prestige projects many times, including Prestige Golfshire as Best Golf Development in India in 2009, 2012 and 2016, and Prestige Bagamane Temple Bells as Best Apartments in India in 2017.

What the CRISIL DA1+ Grading Means

CRISIL's real estate developer grading assesses a developer's ability to deliver projects to the promised quality and timelines, looking at its track record, finances and execution. DA1 is the highest level on that scale, and the "+" marks the upper end of it.
