Prestige Group was founded in 1986 by Sir Razack Sattar, with headquarters at Bruton Road, Craig Park Layout, Bangalore. In early 2026, the group recorded pre-sales of Rs 18,144 crore, a record for the company.

CRISIL DA1+ is the developer grading for financial strength. Prestige first earned CRISIL DA1+ in 2025, showing that they can execute and deliver reliably. CRISIL reaffirmed CRISIL DA1+ again in March 2026. CRISIL DA1+ tells buyers that their money and paperwork stay protected. A few Indian developers currently have CRISIL DA1+.
