Prestige Park Lane Towers and Blocks

The Prestige Park Lane splits into two distinct built zones across its 32.26-acre master plan. The residential side has 9 apartment towers, and the business park side has separate data centres, warehouses, and manufacturing blocks.

A central boulevard keeps these two zones apart, though both share the same overall estate. Knowing how each zone is structured helps you read the master plan correctly.

The 9 Residential Towers

Prestige Park Lane's homes sit across 9 towers on the eastern half of the site. Each tower rises 3 basements, a ground floor, and 24 upper floors. That takes the total height to 76.55 metres per tower. Together, these towers hold around 1,800 apartments in 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations.

All towers face inward, toward a landscaped central park and water body. This gives most units a park-facing outlook rather than a road-facing one.

The Business Park Blocks

Three data centre blocks sit here, each with a well-crafted basement, a ground floor, and 6 upper floors, reaching 46.20 metres. The warehouse block runs to a ground floor with a mezzanine level above it. The manufacturing block follows the same ground-plus-mezzanine format.

The western half of the master plan holds a self-contained enterprise estate. It includes data centres, a warehouse block, and a manufacturing block, a pairing that is uncommon for residential projects in North Bangalore.

A dedicated 220 KV substation powers this entire business park zone on-site.

How the Two Zones Stay Separate

A central boulevard physically divides the residential towers from the business park blocks. Tree-lined internal roads set the towers back from the industrial frontage nearby. A single controlled entry and exit manages access into the whole 32.26-acre estate.

This structure lets Prestige Park Lane combine housing and enterprise use without them overlapping day-to-day.

What is Confirmed and What Comes Later

Prestige Park Lane remains in the pre-launch stage as of August 2026. EOI opens in September 2026, and the formal launch is set for 16 October 2026. Detailed floor plans, tower-wise unit counts, and RERA carpet areas are not yet released; only saleable area ranges exist for now.

RERA registration is in process, so no registration number exists yet. Treat every figure here as indicative until Prestige publishes the final brochure at launch.
